â„šī¸ About Body Fat Estimation

US Navy Method uses circumference measurements (waist, neck, hip for females) and height. It is considered more accurate than BMI-based methods.

BMI-Based uses a formula derived from BMI, age, and gender. Less accurate but requires fewer measurements.

FFMI (Fat-Free Mass Index) is a measure of muscularity. Values above 25 are rare naturally. The adjusted FFMI normalizes for height differences.

For the most accurate results, measure in the morning before eating, and take each measurement 2-3 times to get a consistent reading.
